Hampden Performing Arts Center (HPAC) understands the serious impact Coronavirus (COVID-19) is having on our community and continues to closely monitor the news regarding the virus. The health of the Massachusetts dance community is important to us and we are committed to doing our part to address this seriously and proactively.
If you have a way to fill the form out and then scan it and send it back by email as follows Sandycw@live.com or have the dancers bring them into the first day of classes. Dancers will NOT be allowed to dance until all forms are signed and returned.
Below you can find the registration form/wavier we ask that everybody read, fill out, and either mail or drop it off at the studio.
